UH035 accepts liability for data breaches caused by our actions, limited to the engagement value unless gross negligence is proven. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and provide audit logs on request.

  • What is your minimum contract length?

    No minimum contract. Start with a R150 micro task, a single project at 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or a monthly retainer you can pause or upgrade anytime.

  • How quickly do you respond?

    Within 48 hours. Virtual delivery is standard. On-site work is available by prior arrangement at R2.50 per kilometre.

  • What does BBBEE Level 1 mean for my procurement?

    135% procurement recognition. Your spend with UH035 counts toward your own procurement targets. 100% black ownership, 100% black youth and rural beneficiaries.

  • Do you offer retainer packages?

    Three tiers. Admin and Process Support from R1,500 per month for 5 hours. Compliance and Data Management from R2,500 per month for 5 hours. Systems and Certification from R3,500 per month for 5 hours. Each retainer includes a 30-minute monthly review call, priority email response, and version-controlled files in a shared drive. Additional hours bill at R300 to R350 per hour.
